let's talk cash.
What we do would not be possible without the generous donations from people like you. People who believe that if we all come together, combining our passion, our efforts, and our resources -- we can make a real difference for animals in need. At Brighter Days, every penny you contribute is put directly toward the veterinary care and food provisions for our pets. We have zero overhead costs thanks to our volunteers and foster homes, so YOUR money is literally saving lives.
Click the Donate button above or e-mail [email protected] for information on how to donate!
Below is a breakdown of the basic costs of each service we provide to our pets. Your donations cover these services!
STANDARD INTAKE PACKAGE
Each animal will receive the standard Intake Package when entering our organization. The standard Intake Package includes:
1. A general health exam with our veterinarian
2. Heartworm Antigen Test
3. De-wormer
4. CapStar (emergency flea & tick killer)
5. Standard vaccination package (Distemper/Parvo, Bordatella (kennel cough), Rabies)
If the animal has not been spayed/neutered, this must be done before the animal is eligible for adoption.
COST OF LIVING
Once the animal has received all required veterinary care at intake, the pet is placed into its temporary foster home. Brighter Days covers all costs associated with the care of the animal while in the foster home.
Please consider donating to assist with the above services! We (and the animals of Brighter Days) are so appreciative!
